Ethereum Whales Move $813 Million More in ETH for Sale.
How Should I Stake My Ethereum?
In the 24 hours following the integration, transfers of Ethereum totaling more than $800 million USD have been made.
An anonymous cryptocurrency address transferred 547,875 ETH in total, according to a Whale Alert cryptocurrency tracker. The largest transfer, 240,099 ETH valued at $357,901,283, was sent to the Binance exchange and was most likely intended for sale. The remaining transfers each moved around 100,000 ETH.
In the first few hours following the Merge, Ethereum’s price fell precipitously. In the past 24 hours, ETH has decreased by 6.04%, according to CoinMarketCap. Ethereum experts, who expect a high ETH price after the merger, were caught off guard by this. The Ethereum Merge is now being dubbed as another instance of “buy the hype, sell the news” events.
Since the integration, the price of ether has decreased, according to Richard Heart of Hex. He believes that the coin’s price might yet fall to the $700s because the price decline isn’t yet complete.
